In most cases, yes. Our hubs are exact replicas of the manufacturer hubs currently on your motorcycle. There are exceptions to this, but we will inform you if that is the case after you’ve completed our Get-A-Quote form.

What’s the benefit of Haan Wheels?

Three parts, each chosen for quality rather than sourced on price:

Hubs — CNC machined from a single block of 6082-T6 aluminium in the Netherlands, then anodised. ADV hubs are built around a cush drive.
Rims — RK Excel, made in Japan from 7000-series alloy.
Spokes — a stainless mixture with roughly 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes.

The build matters as much as the parts: every wheel is laced and trued by hand by our wheel builders and tested before it ships.

What size wheel should I choose for my ADV bike?

Accepted Answer

There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer—it depends on where and how you ride.

It comes down to your terrain and tire preferences:

21" front / 18" rear — the offroad choice. The bigger front wheel rolls over rocks and ruts, while unlocking the full range of aggressive offroad knobby tires.
19" front / 17" rear — the road focused choice. Better tarmac feel and the widest tyre selection for mixed touring.

Unless otherwise specified, yes.

Can you make my wheels tubeless?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have developed a special tubeless kit that fits most rims.

If you fill out our ‘Get a quote’ form you can request this.

A tubeless kit costs around €70 per wheel - eventual price might differ based on your specific wheel set.

Question 6

Can you add a rimlock?

Accepted Answer

We can add an extra hole in the rim to accommodate a rimlock.

We do not provide the rimlock itself.

How much does a set of Haan Wheels ADV wheels cost?

Accepted Answer

We have hundreds of different combinations, the price depends on many factors.

Such as the size and color of wheel, the complexity of the hub and size of the billet we need to cut it from.

A set for the Yamaha Tenere 700 starts at around €1600, Kove 800x Rally around €1500 and a BMW F900GS around €1850.

All prices mentioned are based on standard color silver, excl. VAT and excl. shipping.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship our wheels worldwide, though sometimes it might be more convenient to work with a local dealership.

How fast can I receive my wheels?

Accepted Answer

Hubs are machined in the Netherlands, rims come from RK Excel in Japan, and every wheel is laced, trued and tested by hand at Haan Wheels before it's boxed.

We aim to have your wheels out the door 15-20 working days after your order is confirmed.

As we provide wheel sets for many professional motocross and rally teams please keep in mind that some periods on the calendar are busier than others.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Because every wheel is built to your spec, there's a point after which we can't unwind it — once the hub is anodised and the wheel is laced, it isn't a stock item we can put back.
