Tubeless process

We begin with a base layer of specialised tape to prevent the sealant from entering the nipples. This preserves spoke adjustability, allowing you to easily fine-tune spoke tension later.

Next, we apply our proprietary sealant to the rim by hand. Engineered specifically for this application, the sealant withstands extreme high and low temperatures while remaining permanently flexible.

Finally, we apply a dedicated airtight tape over the sealant to ensure a complete, reliable seal.

Note on Compatibility:
This tubeless conversion process is not suitable for all rims (e.g., 21 x 1.85 front rims). Rims need to prepared with an internal safety hump to keep the tyre in its place.
